On Getting Motivated Daily

Other writers find it easy to draw inspiration from anything they can reach. The “alibi-not-to-write-a-single-word thingy” affects the remainder. Yes, we don’t always have the energy to continue writing. the lonely road to becoming “unknown and unheard” for a week, month, or year; dedicating time and resources to finishing a story so that readers demand more.

So, how do we get started and keep going until THE END is over?

Well, if you don’t have the energy to do so, here are some ways to get inspired. You are on the exciting journey toward having written your magnum opus and publishing it for the world to participate—both fun and wisdom—as long as you are treating yourself seriously in your passion to stitch characters, events, settings, and motivation.

1. Look around you and notice, feel, smell, and touch the various stimuli that could give you an idea or lead to a jaw-dropping, unstoppable reading spree by your fans, the readers who are reading every book you write.

2. Make yourself hungry. Yes, for concepts, experiences, lessons learned from failure, and even immersing oneself in a world other than one’s own. Don’t be afraid to put yourself in other people’s shoes and comprehend their struggles. You will learn something novel, fresh, and pertinent to your writing task in this manner, possibly not today but tomorrow. Yes, we must pay close attention to everything around us.

3. Listen. It is not a sin to eavesdrop. For a writer like you, doing this is a must. Conversations, complaints, and the like about one’s job, day-to-day routine, and so on might teach you something. Maybe the story you’re going to write needs sharp dialogue, a dramatic scene, or even a wise old man’s sarcastic response that provokes thought.

4. Observe. It can be a lot of fun to use all of your senses to feel like a sponge. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it’s a great learning opportunity to take in the different vibes of people struggling to survive. Learn a few things from their stories so that you can write your own and share them with your readers in the future.

5. Construct air castles. Never be afraid to let loose and mentally defy social norms, creating a different world in which your individual characters can thrive despite the established standards of being sane, sound, and holy. Yes, you never know if the world you build and the gorgeous main character will be the next big thing. This is similar to my Wattpad story: Beautiful disaster and beautiful chaos. Oh, how frustrating it was to promote my baby.

Indeed, more to come as we keep on the excursion toward making composing a treatment to a wrecked soul, however regardless of whether the excursion gets intense, still the extreme one gets moving, come what may. Continue to compose, articulating one’s thoughts to the world to see the excellence of your psyche notwithstanding all the chances. Keep fighting for what you want. Continue to compose, for others to causing themselves to fail to remember their weights, even only for a little while.
